Product Overview
The double membrane gas holder is a specialized apparatus designed for the containment of various gases, particularly well-suited for biogas, air, carbon dioxide, coal-bed gas, oxygen and other neutral gases. This gas storage tank comprises the bottom membrane (excluding the integrated gas tank), inner membrane, outer membrane, constant pressure control cabinet, safety protection device, as well as control equipment and auxiliary materials.
The bottom membrane serves to seal the foundation to prevent corrosion and ensure impermeability. The inner membrane is connected to the bottom membrane or the outlet of the fermentation tank to create an entirely independent and sealed space for gas storage. The outer membrane and inner membrane together form a pressure regulation space where the pressure is controlled to maintain stability within the inner membrane while also providing protection.
Operational Principle
The operational principle involves utilizing the inner membrane space for gas storage while using both membranes' space for pressure regulation. As stored gas increases, the control device releases pressure-regulating air from the outer membrane; conversely when stored gas decreases, it injects air into this layer to balance pressures within the tank and stabilize outer membrane stiffness.
Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process includes designing special membranes using dedicated software before processing them with large high-frequency welding machines in a dust-free workshop to ensure airtightness and durability of welding seams. The material used possesses resistance against methane corrosion, ultraviolet rays, and microorganisms with a typical service life ranging from 20-25 years or more without requiring anti-corrosion treatment.
Safety Measures
Safety measures include multiple pressure protection methods such as electronic control alongside backup physical relief mechanisms ensuring that pressures are maintained within safe limits. Additionally employing explosion-proof electrical equipment along with conducting safety acceptance tests on each unit ensures safe usage through special leak detectors detecting any potential leaks.
